VibeData dlt runtime — Fabric notebook execution unit (scheduled runs inside a Fabric notebook): notebookutils Key Vault; dlt writes Delta straight into the Lakehouse, signed in by Fabric's own OneLake filesystem. Install this; it pulls in vibedata-dlt-fabric-core. notebookutils is provided by the Fabric runtime.
