Summary:
LLM cost router. On Claude Code a UserPromptSubmit hook intercepts every prompt and can run eligible ones on local/free providers (Ollama, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI) before using Claude quota; on Cursor/Copilot/Windsurf a rules file asks the host model to route (best-effort, not guaranteed). Savings depend on a configured local provider and workload.
