Summary:
Germany NIS2 BSI registration MCP. Generates BSI-portal-ready (Mein Unternehmenskonto) registration packets for the ~30,000 German Mittelstand orgs in NIS2 scope. Validates org profile, classifies sector + size + entity type per BSIG (NIS2-Umsetzungsgesetz, in force 6 Dec 2025), generates the registration data structure, emits HMAC-signed proof of readiness. Late registration = €2M fines + management body personal liability under §38b BSIG. Built for the April–May 2026 deadline window. By MEOK AI Labs.
